Tracy Hartwick

Tracy has been in the beauty industry since 1994, and specializes in total transformation cuts and colors. Her training at the Aveda Institute has connected her with artists from around the world. She is now at Tangled after owning her own business at
Hairitage 'Hous.
Sandy Trainor

After 16 years of experience in the salon industry, Sandy stays current with trends and takes continuing education classes. She believes that one can never stop learning. Her goal is for every one of her clients to leave the salon confident and satisfied with their hairstyle.
Patti Bender

Patti chose to be an Esthetician to pamper and give others the knowledge of maintaining their skin to look and feel their best. She performs many services such as facials, peels, body treatments, full body waxing, makeup, custom spray tans, brow and lash tinting, eyelash extensions and wellness.

Linda has more than 27 years in the business. As a Farouk Systems Master Colorist and Certified Educator—she is dedicated to continuing education and meticulous attention to detail.

Cassandra, or "Cassi," is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and is dedicated to continuing education. She specializes in making brides feel and look their best on their wedding day. She loves changing her clients' outlook about themselves by listening and developing successful relationships.

Jen has 15+ years of experience in the hair industry. She is passionate about staying on top of the latest trends and creating a look that makes each client feel confident from the inside-out. Jen has a keen eye for detail, and an honest-open approach when it comes to finding the right look for you.

Thaison is Tangled's premiere nail technician. His decades of experience in nail design bring a shining detail to the Tangled experience. Whether you're looking for a basic fill or something more edgy, Thaison will transform your nails into a work of art and leave you looking and feeling fabulous!
Serena Gaasland
Hairstylist
Serena is thoughtful, caring, and extremely passionate about hair. As an instructor for extensive color correction classes, she caters full-time to a wide variety of clientele. Serena has a sharp eye for style and believes you can never stop learning. She is passionate about hair and you will feel that!
Annie Lienemann

Annie is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and was a personal assistant to Aveda founder Horst Rechelbacher. Drawing on 24 years of experience in the industry, Annie is also an advanced Aveda educator on skincare and makeup. Ask for one of her signature head and neck massages!
